Returns & Refunds

We hope that you are satisfied with every product you buy from our store. Nevertheless, if you aren’t happy with something you bought or if there is some problem, we accept returns by mail.

Condition of the Package

- Please check the package upon arrival and note any visual damage before signing the delivery. You must inspect the packaging condition in front of the employee of the delivery company or of the post office. If the condition of the packaging is not good, we suggest that you write your complaint on the receipt.

Condition of the Product

- We accept new/unused and slightly used products.

Faulty Products

- If a product is faulty or damaged, please send us pictures of the defect within 3 days after receiving the product. We’ll send you a full money refund (together with the original shipping cost) using the same payment method within 14 business days after the receipt of the products in our warehouse.

Mistake by the Customer

- If you made a mistake during ordering, you can return the product back to us in the original packaging within 15 days from the purchase at your own cost. We’ll send you a full money refund using the same payment method within 7 days after the receipt of the products in our warehouse.

Product Replacement

- You may request a replacement of a product instead of a money refund. In such a case, please inform us.

Restocking Fees

No restocking fees will be charged.

Return Label

No specific return label is required, at your discretion.
