Shipping Information
Logistics Partners
- Small Packages (1-2 kg) -> Air Parcel (14 days delivery)
- Medium Packages (2-10 kg) -> TNT / UPS (2-7 days delivery)
- Big Packages (10 kg+) -> EMS (7 days delivery)
Warehouses: Cyprus / Greece. Most of our products are shipped directly from there.
Delivery Terms
- FREE Delivery to EU and Worldwide for orders more than 100 EUR.
- FREE Packing for all products.
Insurance
- FREE Insurance for all orders (for losses and damages caused by the courier company).
Important Notices
- Please always enter your telephone number before completion of your order because it is required by the courier services for smooth delivery. If you do not provide your telephone number, the delivery of your order might delay.
- All orders are shipped the next business day, provided that all products are available. Observe the availability status of each product in our website carefully.
- You can monitor the status and the tracking details of your orders from the orders list page after you login to our website.
- For urgent orders, please contact with us directly through email or telephone.
- If the delivery of your order is delayed for more than two (2) weeks, please contact us for further advice.
- If you cannot be there during delivery (although this is preferable), a person from your household can receive the package. If nobody is there for the delivery, you will receive a notice with further instructions by the courier company.

Payment by Bank Transfer
The shipment of the order is carried out only after receipt of payment to our bank account and order confirmation by us. Depending on the bank the transfer time can be up to 5 business days. We advise you to send us the payment receipt from the transfer in order to proceed the order faster.

The shipment of the order is carried out only after the payment confirmation from PayPal and the order confirmation by us. PayPal is the online payment service that allows you to pay securely, quickly and easily at online stores.
